How do I book direct, without Airbnb?
Choose the house and dates in the booking form on this website and send it via WhatsApp. The host confirms availability, the rate and payment method directly with you.
Is booking direct better?
With a direct booking you talk to the host from the first message and you don't pay the guest service fee charged by booking platforms. Conditions for each date are confirmed on WhatsApp.
How many guests can each house take?
Espaço Lagoa sleeps up to 4 guests and Espaço Bosque up to 3. Both houses have 1 bedroom, 1 double bed and 1 bathroom.
Do the houses have a bathtub?
Yes. Each house has a private outdoor bathtub on the deck, available all year round, 24 hours a day.
How far is Silveira Beach?
The retreat is on Silveira Beach. A walking trail of 120 to 200 metres, depending on the house, leads to the Canto Sul lookout with a view of the whole beach.
How does check-in work?
Check-in is self check-in: you receive access instructions before arrival and let yourself in at your own time. The exact address is sent once the booking is confirmed.
Is there parking?
Yes, free parking on the property. Espaço Bosque has a garage space.
Does the house have a kitchen?
Yes, a full kitchen with fridge, microwave, utensils and a barbecue grill, open to the dining area.
Can I bring my pet?
Please ask the host on WhatsApp before booking.
How long is the drive from Florianópolis airport?
About 1 hour 30 minutes by car from Florianópolis International Airport to Silveira Beach in Garopaba.
Are there transfer services?
Ask about availability of arrival and departure transfers.
What payment methods do you accept?
Pix or credit card in instalments. Once availability is confirmed, the host sends a secure payment link on WhatsApp.
